BIO

Gemari Sharper is a guitarist, songwriter, singer and voice over artist with a professional career spanning over 25 years. Gemari is well versed in a variety of styles with an emphasis on Rock, Pop, Funk, Southern Soul and Contemporary Jazz.

A native of Brooklyn, NYC, Gemari is now based out of South Carolina where he currently performs as a member of the Kipp Taylor & Nu Look band, as a solo acoustic artist and as a hired gun for various artists and sessions. With the release of his debut single "Wherever There's Sunshine", Gemari has officially launched his career as a Contemporary Jazz solo artist.
